Common questions

How many people do we need?

Three is the minimum that works; five to fifteen is the sweet spot for offices and families. With two people it's just… buying each other gifts, which is also lovely.

Someone forgot / dropped out — now what?

Re-run the draw with the updated list if gifts haven't been bought yet. If they have, the organiser quietly covers or swaps — Nova's free draw resets daily, so a redraw tomorrow is painless.

Does Nova keep our names?
