By using Nova Buddy AI (novabuddyai.com), you agree to these terms. We've kept them plain, short, and fair.
Nova Buddy AI is an AI assistant offering chat help and everyday tools (such as an email writer, meal planner, and homework helper). AI responses are generated automatically and can be wrong — verify anything important, and don't treat responses as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).
Nova Gems are virtual credits used inside Nova Buddy AI (for example, to unlock full tool results or the avatar). Gems have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. If a purchase goes wrong — for example, you were charged but the Gems or Plus never arrived — email us and we will make it right. Except where the law requires otherwise, completed Gem purchases are final once the Gems are credited.
We work to keep the service running and improving, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Features, limits, and prices may change; significant changes affecting paying subscribers will be noted on the site.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act or other applicable Canadian consumer law that cannot be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
